Welcome to Labfield. By accessing labfield.pro or deploying our engineering solutions, you enter into a binding agreement governed by German law. These terms are not mere formalities; they are the operational parameters that ensure the integrity of our high-performance mobile gaming applications and the safety of our technical ecosystem.
Revised: January 29, 2026. These terms apply to all users, developers, and eSports athletes engaging with our infrastructure. Failure to comply with these parameters results in immediate revocation of access rights.
01 / USER_ACCESS_PROTOCOLS
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to establish an account or purchase licenses.
INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY
All code, binary assets, input-mapping-blueprints, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive property of Labfield. Unauthorized decompilation is strictly prohibited.
ACCEPTABLE_USE
Users shall not engage in latency-manipulation, packet-sniffing, or any activity that degrades the Labfield Performance Matrix for other athletes.
Critical Failure Modes & Account Termination
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for activities that jeopardize the hardware safety or competitive balance of our software deployments. Violation of these terms triggers automatic systemic bans.
Hardware Throttling Bypassing
Attempting to bypass built-in thermal limits with Labfield performance tools can lead to irreversible hardware damage. Labfield is not liable for silicon degradation.
License Scraping
Using automated scrapers to harvest trade-offs data or architectural schematics from our technical documentation is a breach of security.
API Injection
Injecting unauthorized DLLs or intercepting Vulkan/Metal API calls within Labfield-managed application environments.
Commercial & Deployment Clauses
Licensing of our gaming applications (e.g., Performance Tier licenses) is final once binary data is transmitted. Due to the digital nature of high-fidelity assets, we optimize for immediate access while sacrificing traditional refund windows once the "Deployment" phase is initiated.

02 / LIABILITY_LIMITATIONS
Labfield provides its services "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by German law (BGB), Labfield shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hardware-level architectural shifts, software compatibility issues on non-certified mobile devices, or network-level packet loss outside our internal node network.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance logs are published with t-minus 24h notice via our infrastructure feed.
03 / GOVERNING_LAW_AND_VENUE
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Berlin, Germany. You and Labfield agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for purpose of any such action.
04 / INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Labfield harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your violation of these terms or misuse of Labfield gaming applications in an eSports environment or through public broadcast.
